Managed hosting is an upgrade option that is selected when ordering dedicated server hosting.

If you are a new customer - please go to the dedicated server hosting area, choose the Cobalt Raq dedicated server hosting configuration you would like, and add your desired managed hosting option when prompted during the ordering process.
